- Our office infrastructure is set in Windows / MacOS environment

WHAT YOU WILL BE WORKING ON
- Streamline office processes and procedures
- Coordinate daily back-office operations
- Work on finances and accounting: Issue invoices, keep track of expenses. Handle costs and payrolls.
- Create internal reports weekly / monthly reports
- Basic HR processes, creating content and publishing job posts
- You will be involved in working with marketing funnels, supporting tech processes
TO BE SUCCESSFUL, YOU NEED
- Expert level proficiency in English. Great written and verbal communication skills
- University Degree or Ongoing university studies (preferably in Marketing, Management, Economics, Business or Psychology) – it’s a plus, not obligatory
- Strong multi-tasking skills: ability to take on multiple projects at the same time, to respond quickly to leadership requests and flexibility to help with tasks that might not be a part of your direct responsibilities (startup mindset)
- Strong desire to learn, take initiative and develop your career in digital marketing
- An analytical data-driven and results-oriented mindset to continuously measure and improve results.
- Basic understanding and knowledge of online marketing (PPC, SEO, email marketing, etc.)
- Prior SaaS (WordPress!), sales or digital marketing knowledge would be a plus
- Positivity and desire to uplift and share knowledge with those around you
